Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 business days from the date your order was delivered.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Returns to China

All returns must be shipped to our return facility in China. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are typically around €35 EUR, depending on the shipping carrier and package size.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
After your return has been received and reviewed, refunds are typically issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Need another size or color? We are happy to assist with exchanges.

If you wish to cancel your order, cancellation requests can be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
